The unit is being headed by ACFO Mark Brako-Appiah Junior . He holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA-Finance Option).He is a Professional (Qualified ) Accountant, Post Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana, a member of Institute of Internal Auditors, an Elder of Church of Pentecost, Counselor and a member of the African Association of Psychosocial and marriage Counselors (AAPMAC).

Function

Help to review and formulate the Strategic Plan of the service based on the policies of the government.
Review the services revenue collecting activities.
Allocate resources based on objectives, output and activates of the service.
Co-ordinate and consolidate the budget.
Monitor and Evaluate the performance of the department according to budgetary allocation Reporting on the performance of the budget to relevant authorities.
Undertake other activities incidental to the performance of the above functions.
