ACFO Samuel Offei Adade, the Regional Commander of Brong Ahafo Region was born on 20th September, 1958 in Accra. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Diploma in Physical Education from the University of Education Winneba. His other educational attainments include Teacher’s Certificate “A” from Presbyterian Training College, Akropong Akwapim, Postgraduate Certificate in Public Administration and Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration from GIMPA. He also has a certificate in Senior Executive Development from MDPI. ACFO Adade started his working life as a professional teacher in 1982 and subsequently enlisted into the Ghana National Fire Service in 1991 as an Assistant Divisional Officer. Whilst in the Service, he acceded to various positions including Instructor at the Fire Academy and Training School (FATS), Director of Studies, Deputy Commandant and Commandant of FATS. He is currently the Brong Ahafo Regional Fire Commander. ACFO Adade has attended various career enrichment courses such as Operational Fire Command, Operational Firefighting, Command and Control, District Fire Officers’ Course, Stores Management, Safety and fire Prevention courses among others. He is married with four lovely daughters. In tune with his conservationist philosophy, gardening is his major hobby.
